Who we are

Kiwi Pools LLC ("Kiwi Pools," "we," "us") provides pool cleaning and maintenance services in North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding areas of Arizona. By booking a service, placing an order, or otherwise using kiwipoolcleaners.com, you agree to these terms.

Recurring package plans (Bronze/Silver/Gold)

• Each plan is a fixed term (3, 6, or 12 months). A 1-month retainer is charged up front at signup, then billed monthly for the remainder of the term, with the final month waived and covered by that retainer.
• Your card is saved on file to process these monthly charges automatically for the length of your term.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time by contacting us. The retainer already paid is forfeited and non-refundable, and billing stops immediately with no further charges.

Emergency Call-Out

Emergency Call-Out is a one-time, next-day service booked separately from a recurring plan, priced at a base rate plus a per-mile charge from our home base, calculated at checkout based on your service address. Availability is limited to two arrival windows per service day and subject to a same-day booking cutoff.

Specialty Services pricing

Prices listed for Specialty Services (equipment repair, leak detection, deck cleaning, and similar) are starting minimums, not final quotes:

• Materials required for the job are billed separately.
• Any labor beyond what's covered by the starting price is billed to the card on file after the visit, once the full scope of work is known.
• If, after our technician assesses the issue, you decide not to move forward with the recommended work, the charge reverts to our standard diagnostic-fee minimum rather than the full listed price for that service.
• If the completed job ends up costing less than the original estimate, the difference is issued as account credit toward a future repair or specialty service, rather than a refund to your original payment method.
• By booking a Specialty Service, you authorize Kiwi Pools to charge the card provided for the amounts described above, including any follow-up charge determined after the visit.

Property, equipment & chemical safety

• We take reasonable care working on your pool and its equipment, but we are not responsible for failure or damage to equipment that was already worn, near end-of-life, or in a compromised state prior to our visit.
• Pool chemicals are handled according to standard industry safety practices. Please keep children and pets away from the pool area during and immediately after chemical treatment, per the guidance our technician provides.
• You're responsible for informing us of any known issues with your pool, equipment, or property access that could affect the safety or scope of a visit.

Merchandise orders

Merchandise is produced on-demand per order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns for reasons other than a defective or damaged item. Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Monthly giveaway

One winner is selected each month. Entries are earned based on Merch Shop purchases as described on the Giveaway page. No purchase is necessary to enter or win — contact us at the information below for a free method of entry. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received that month.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Square. By providing a card, you authorize Kiwi Pools to charge it for the amounts described in these terms and on the page where you booked or ordered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiwi Pools' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly between us will be handled in small claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona, or another court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
