Who we are

Kiwi Pools ("we," "us") provides pool cleaning and maintenance services in North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding areas of Arizona. This policy covers the information collected through kiwipoolcleaners.com.

Information we collect

• Booking & contact information: name, phone number, email address, and service address, when you book a service or contact us
• Payment information: processed directly by Square, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number on our own systems
• Merch orders: shipping name, address, and email, shared with Printful solely to produce and ship your order
• Reviews: your name and the content of any review you choose to submit
• Site usage: your merch cart contents, stored locally in your own browser (not on our servers) using your browser's local storage, so it's remembered if you navigate between pages

How we use it

• To schedule and provide the pool service you've booked
• To process payments for services and merchandise
• To produce and ship merchandise orders
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• To send booking confirmations
• To display reviews on our site, with your permission, once approved

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business, and only the information each one needs to do its job:

• Square — payment processing
• Printful — merchandise production and shipping
• Google Calendar — scheduling your service appointment

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the information below.

Cookies & local storage

Our site uses your browser's local storage to remember your merch cart and giveaway entry count on this device. This information stays in your browser and is not accessible to other websites.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
